I very much enjoyed my time living in your property. The room itself was decorated and furnished very nicely and the communal areas were designed in such a way that the house was comfortable for 4 tenants to live comfortably. What I didn’t expect was to meet so many great people whilst living there, I think this is what sets you apart from other landlords. It is obvious that you take a lot of care in selecting the correct people for your houses to ensure the friendly and relaxed atmosphere is maintained.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Hearthway, communication with the landlord was very easy and Matt was always on hand if there were issues. It was nice to meet potential housemates to see how you got on with them. The house was very comfortable and well maintained and having bills included meant that there was never any issues with disagreements over heating!

Matt has been a very welcoming and friendly landlord – absolutely no complaints, happy to know that he’s looking out for us!

Being the first time moving away from my family home, Matt provided everything I needed to make settling in effortless and he always got back to me in a timely manner if I ever had any queires. The skype viewing also saved me a long journey which was very helpful. During my 6 month stay several social events were organised by Matt which are great if you’re new to the area and don’t know anyone. Matt is a very professional landlord and I highly recommend staying in one of his houseshares.

The Room

The perfect sized room for people who like a double bed, but are conscious of budget. This room has everything you need including double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, a desk and chair. It faces the rear of the property overlooking the maintained garden with a large bright window. There is plenty of storage and space to really make yourself comfortable

The House

Our flagship shared house has only recently finished being refurbished from top to bottom. Its had a full makeover and refit to make it the most comfortable and feature filled house available.
There is a huge common area with luxurious leather sofas, a large dining table and huge kitchen to cook up a storm. With a large shared pantry, fridge and freezer, you’ll be one of the family in no time. There are also 3 fully appointed bathrooms in the house meaning you will almost never have to wait for one to be free.
Located only 10 mins walk from Whitton overground station and with 24 hour busses into central london from the end of the road, its ideally located to take advantage of quick and convenient connections.

About Living Here

This house would suit professional working people Aged 18 – 35. The existing housemates are all sociable working professionals. Most are in first jobs out of Uni or an internship supporting their studies. Working 9-5, they like to keep active and some exercise in the mornings or evenings. Most people go away for the weekends to visit friends or on trips. But they also hang out locally down the pub or with a beer in the back garden.
